Crossfit Lavon has a great community of coaches and members! The coaches here are super encouraging even on your worst days!

I am new to the CrossFit world and was very nervous before I started. The coaches and the members eased that nervousness from day 1. The coaches work with me and make sure I am using proper form and they also help me to push myself. I have never been excited to work out before and now I look forward to it!

After moving I was struggling going to the gym like I had always done, while driving I passed CrossFit Lavon and knew it was meant to be since I had CrossFit once before. So incredibly happy I found this place and get to call it my second home! All the coaches are amazing and knowledgeable with everything we do!

It’s my first time doing CrossFit and I was very nervous. Haha! Three weeks in and I have learned so much. I also feel so much more confident. Crossfit Lavon has been a game changer for me personally. The workouts are tough, the coaches are top notch, and it’s a really fun, friendly atmosphere. I feel blessed to have found it!

Best gym near me, really supportive coaches. They are all knowledgeable and focus on proper form and techniques. With my existing injuries they help me modify the workouts to still benefit and avoid further injuries. The athletes are also more supportive and welcoming compared to other gyms I've been to. Each class I began to feel my energy again- energy to go to work, study, adjust my meals and just get into a new routine for me. I dropped in while on vacation. The coaches were welcoming and encouraged me through out the workout. I must also mention that the WOD was great and well programmed. The equipment was in excellent condition. Will go back when in Texas again!

Am 74 and never thought I would be able to do CrossFit!! But let me tell you the coaches are so encouraging, kind and knowledgeable, I was able to do all the moves in moderation not to injure myself!!! They helped me to feel awesome about myself!

This gym has changed my life. Not only has my health and body improved, I have made life long friends that I am so grateful for. It’s not like any other gym I’ve been a part of. This place is part of my daily life and I haven’t once regretted joining CrossFit Lavon!!

Great place to workout. I drop in on a regular basis, and have always felt welcome there. All of the instructors and athletes are great! The owners and instructors are super involved and take time to make sure you are doing things properly and safely.

Absolutely love it! Never thought I could enjoy getting fit and working out like I do now. But honestly owner and staff make ALL the difference!! 5 stars all the way!!

Great gym and even better community!

The support you receive from the coaches and other members is unmatched! Coaches are very thorough and helped me come back from having my ACL, MCL, and LCL repaired. Injury prevention is a major priority for them. Making everyone feel comfortable and welcome is rare but CF Lavon does it!

Great place and great people! CrossFit seems so intimidating but CF Lavon makes it approachable. All ages and athletic levels. They make it work for you. The coaches are real people working on their fitness and life goals just like me. They’re with you every step of the way. I’m so glad I found it and it’s an awesome group to be a part of.

Crossfit seems intimidating but not with this group of coaches. They go above and beyond to not only make sure you’re comfortable and know the correct form but to ensure you feel supported and motivated.

I am in my mid 60's and thought I would never be able to do the things in Crossfit. The coaches at CrossFit Lavon take time to work with me to make sure I am doing the movement correctly. Each coach is truly interested in seeing you achieve fitness for the stage of life you are currently living.

The Coaches here go above and beyond for their students. Each class is filled with new and exciting things to learn. My son goes on his off season from Football and he loves the challenge and family atmosphere Lavon CrossFit provides!

Perfectly paced classes that workout muscles you didn’t even know you had. Coaches who are encouraging without being obnoxious and a community to cheer you on. Laid back atmosphere and great for all fitness levels. You do not have to be a fire breathing crossfitrer to workout here

I absolutely love CrossFit Lavon! Cole really brought a sense of community to our small yet growing town. My son and other kids from around here did a couple of rounds strength and conditioning and they learned so much that will carry them into their athletic careers. I'm glad CFL is the gym near me!! Definitely a step up from F45!! They have super nice, knowledgeable coaches, and also a very nice group of people that make you feel welcome!

Coaches and other members are very supportive and encouraging! I’ve really enjoyed starting CrossFit, I was really nervous about it but after my first day there I knew it was a place I could challenge myself without being self conscious. I highly recommend giving them a try, they will meet you where you are at physically and help you get to where you want to be

I can't tell you how many times I've walked in and seen the WOD and thought that there is no way I can do that but I walk out an hour later, wrong again. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Less

Great place to get in shape

CFL is the best gym amd best format, hands down. You never have to wonder if you need to do cardio or weights, have a leg day or upper body day. Can't do something? ...coach will show you how to scale it. All the thinking has been done for you...you just show up with an open mind, a willingness to try, and a desire to get fit.

The gym and the people are awesome. Coaches are always there for you to provide good instruction and feedback no matter your current skill level. If you feel like you are missing that "balance" in your life, CrossFit Lavon will not disappoint!

This is a gym that anyone can walk into and feel comfortable. The people are great, the wod's are carefully planned and the coaches truly care about you and your fitness. Would never workout anywhere else!

Love the atmosphere here. Coaches are great at encouraging and showing you proper technique for all the lifts. The community of members is amazing and always there to encourage in and outside of the gym. It’s like family that you didn’t know you needed

Cole is an amazing instructor. I was scared to go and try this type of workout, but he took my fears away. I can't imagine a better coach.
