I was having issues with getting the insurance claim covered. American Restoration Professionals had such a vast knowledge of the claim process, that they were able to explain to the insurance adjuster why the claim should be covered. They did an excellent job during the mitigation and completed the reconstruction much faster than I would’ve guessed.

We were very demanding or ARP, because we had a strict deadline that we needed to meet. Also, the work needed to be done in the middle of the night so we could still operate our business. Their crews damaged badly my antique porcelain sink. Dan will not any longer respond after saying he would get it fixed. They never got a dumpster to collect the demolition which should have been my first clue. There are still ten bags of the demolition garbage in my drive way from October.
