BYHN has changed my life! For the first time in YEARS I am comfortable in dresses, bikinis and in *real* clothes that aren’t baggy T-shirts and sweats! I started at 238 pounds, at 5'10" I was carrying a lot of fat. In 12 weeks, one session, I was down to 205 and 4 or 5 inches off my waist. One of my favorite things about this program is there is a coach that gets to know you and tailors a macro plan just for you. The coach even tweaks the plan as you go to help you remain successful and hit your goals! The coach also holds you ACCOUNTABLE. Another wonderful part of this program is there is no food is off limit. You can eat your favorite food, it just needs to fit into your plan.
