I have been a member at Between the Bumpers for two years. The atmosphere is very welcoming, which is created by the supportive approach taken by the experienced and knowledgeable coaching staff. The facility and equipment is clean, modern and organized. This gym is for everyone at any fitness level, I can't recommend them enough.

I have been going to BTB Fitness from last 5 months and it has been fantastic. I had problems with my knee, ankle and shoulder and I am seeing a lot of improvements. Sam and Peter are my trainer and they are one of the best. Its the best investment I have made. Highly recommended if you really want to see the difference in your daily life.

AMAZING GYM, The 60 min training goes super fast and you really enjoy doing it. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring! They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible, You will not leave disappointed! The coach explained how a lack of flexibility was causing issues with certain exercises, showed me workarounds and what I needed to do to gain the flexibility needed. In the short time I have been going to the gym, 3 times a week I have started to gain that flexibility and I’m already noticing improvements with my overall fitness. I started going to BTB Fitness back in June and I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience. Excellent instructors, top class facility and a very healthy vibe - no egos, no cliques, no attitudes. Everyone is incredibly friendly and there is a relentless focus on technique, quality instruction and client safety. Highly recommended.

BTB has been a staple in my life for over 2-years! The staff and members are incredibly supportive. If you have goals, they help you achieve them, if you just want to work-out and feel empower, they welcome you. All levels of fitness are welcome.

Beautiful facility, with super supportive coaches and members. After three years on the couch, I was ready to get moving again. I love BTB! Sam is everything and more you could ever want in a coach! The workouts are challenging and over all a great time! We all push ourselves harder than we would at a regular gym, plus the group training sessions always have the best music to pump you up! BTB has been great so far. I signed up for the custom training program and I’ve felt that it’s met my needs perfectly. So far I’ve noticed a really good balance between length and difficulty of each workout. Each workout has new and interesting combinations of exercises I’m always looking forward to the next routine. Highly Recommended.

Signed up for the Swift Strength program and really enjoying it. The workouts provide a great blend of strength, conditioning, and mobility. The workouts appear on the app as scheduled with easy to follow videos of all exercises. Fully recommend!

I came to Sam Sabourin post labrum surgery with goals to rehab and comeback for my fourth university football season. I remember him saying "I would love to help you get back out there and put together a serious rehab program for you," and he did just that! He was always available to answer my questions and guide me throughout the process.

Coach Sam was always there for me, and able to help me stay on track when I ran into injuries or distribution in my program - which is huge since the hardest part of training for me is staying consistent. It's easy to follow and intuitive. I just finished Phase 1 of my first 6-week program and just about to start Phase 2! I recently joined the online team at Between the Bumpers and I cannot express enough how valuable and positive the experience has been for me. Joining the online team has given me a structured approach to a complete weight training program that has provided me with immediate physical and mental benefits. The actual structure of the weight training program is detailed and provides me with clear instructions to maximize my already limited time to work out. The Between the Bumpers team also offers a unique mobile app with every detail you need to complete a workout. This also includes demo videos of exercises you may have not performed before and a detailed library of your historical workouts that you input to record your progress. In addition to this, the team provides mobility exercises through their online app which is often forgotten by other programs. Furthermore, one of the biggest benefits the Between the Bumpers team offers is the online coaching. Because you will be performing new and exciting exercises/lifts, the Between the Bumpers team offers online coaching and corrections of your technique through their user friendly online portal. This is important to my overall health and development – Sam has shown he is knowledgeable in correcting my technique and does so in a positive matter while responding promptly. This ultimately has reduced the number of injuries that could occur at the gym and increased my personal gains. Physically I've never felt better but more importantly, this program has given me the confidence to succeed in the gym by providing a complete approach and foundation to working out. I have been working with Between the Bumper's' online training team for three weeks now and the improvements to my fitness have been staggering. The workouts are quick and easy to complete with videos guiding you through complex movements. I would highly recommend this training regime for anyone who is a former athlete or for anyone who is new to the gym and wants some guidance.

While I haven't yet utilized Between the Bumpers (yet) I have had Sam as a Coach the last few months and I can't say enough about how awesome he is! He's attentive, takes interest in those he's coaching, and helps push you to be your best! Highly recommend Sam as a Coach.

Sam has been very responsive to my questions and has been quick to evaluate me over the videos I send him. Considering I work for weeks at a time in remote work camps, this is perfect for me to get a customized training program for my needs. Sam has always stayed on top of current trends and findings, and he continues to do so.

I’m into my third week of this program and I am already a big fan. I’ve been sore for 2 weeks straight, and I love that.
