Absolutely horrendous experience.We hired as a group, but only one of us could even create an account because the app wouldn’t accept international numbers with eSIMs.The first scooter died in an area where you weren’t allowed to end the ride, so we had to push it for several kilometres just to find a place where we could swap it.We finally got a replacement, but the original rental never stopped charging.Then, while riding on the Venice Beach bike path, the replacement bike repeatedly claimed we were in a “restricted area,” cut the motor, and forced us to pedal for kilometres. Not easy when you’re 5’10” and the seat won’t adjust high enough.In the end, we had to abandon the bikes because the app wouldn’t let us pause or end the hire. We reported everything immediately through the app and uploaded photos and videos as evidence.Despite all of that, we’ve now been charged $120.Avoid this service. Terrible equipment, a broken app, and even worse customer support.

Everything as advertised, bikes were in great condition, hand over was super smooth, guy working was super friendly. Would recommend and rent from them again.

This is very late considering it’s been about two months but just wanted to say I had a wonderful experience with these guys! Super grateful for them that I got to e-bike around Santa Monica bc of their rentals. They’re also very personable which I didn’t totally expect since LA is a pretty large city but felt very attentive dealing with them and would totally back and recommend. Thanks so much!

I rented an electric bike that featured a very convenient setup for a second passenger to sit in the back, complete with two small footrests. At first, I was quite surprised to see that the rental operation runs directly out of a truck. In the end, this mobile system turned out to be extremely practical and straightforward. Within just a few minutes, the contract was signed, and the owner didn't even require a security deposit, which shows a wonderful level of trust.The bike was in perfect condition with a fully charged battery, allowing me to make the most of the ride. It is fair to mention that the seating can feel a bit tight for two people if you both have larger builds, but that didn't take away from the experience at all. I thoroughly enjoyed the trip and truly appreciated the owner's professionalism and welcoming attitude. This is a fantastic local business that I highly recommend.

Warning, As a experiencing technical difficulties with their bikes. The tires trying to come off. I'm standing there trying to get help in this old lady starts telling me which owns the thing they don't help with doing that. No refunds no goodness these people are absolute trash most of their bikes are not even charged so halfway through your ride you either have to switch out or bring another bike. In the end I had to rent a whole nother bike didn't get my money back in the refusing any type of compensation. Avoid them at all costs there are several better bikes rentals that do regular maintenance on their bikes. Please do not go through what I did.

Great experience!We rented three bikes — everything was perfect! 🚴‍♂️The team was super friendly and helpful. There’s a big selection of regular and electric bikes, as well as scooters. All equipment is in great condition. We’ll definitely come back again! 👍
