I reached out to the owner multiple times with no response since I guess they’re done with me so I’ll post this in hopes others can avoid a similar experience. It seemed to start out well until the crew showed up. They left screws everywhere and when I brought it up to multiple office staff members, I was told they would not be liable for damage. I wish that was my only issue. It’s not. The foreman of the crew called me to the site 6 times because he didn’t understand the plans. I would find out later that both he and Andy (owner) knew that the building was smaller than I requested due to an issue from the salesman (I should’ve checked the contract with a fine toothed comb). I was pressured into making the final payment quickly. Since then, I made Andy aware of issues with windows (cut in the wrong place) and doors (not cut appropriately) and I was met with a half hearted apology and admitting mistakes but his fix was always “we’ll fix it for (insert money amount).” It’s a poor way to do business and treat people. I wanted to give Andy a chance to make things right but apparently all this business cares about is money. They couldn’t care less about taking care of customers. It’s unfortunate since I need a shop building and have friends needing metal buildings as well. Andy’s won’t be getting any more of my business after this horrible experience.

PART TWO:We lost our carport in a storm and once again, Andy's crew was thourogh and efficient. Kruz was very attentive to our needs and knowledgeable about his product. He kept us informed of scheduling and possible weather delays. I'm extremely satisfied with his work. Our new carport is up and we are back to normal!Excellent job! Andy is very friendly and answered all of our questions. He was a lot of help in deciding what type of building would suit us best. Thorough work, well anchored. We were delighted with our purchase.

I probably gathered at least 15 quotes for my small building. They had the most competitive pricing and actually less expensive when take into account the metal gauge. BUT the best part was my salesman KRUZ. Professional constantly, followed up without pestering or high pressure. Informative and very helpful throughout the entire process. Mgr Ronnie followed up. He was great too! If you need a bldg call Kruz. You'll be happy you did. Very good experience. Will only use them for future structures.
