We are very excited about our new 26' x 30' shop/garage from Andy's Buildings. We did a lot of research and called dozens of places before deciding on Andy's. They had great communication along the way (we had some delays on our end because weather prevented us from getting our pad in as soon as we had hoped). They were able to get our roofing in the copper color, which we love, and we were even able to buy additional panels of the copper colored roofing for our house, which we have yet to install.

I was very skeptical with find a good builder for my shop, after being almost scammed two times prior. Andy talked me through it and gave me a fair price. He came through, and Pablo and his crew did a very good job building my shop, and cleaned up everything afterwards. It took them less than two days to complete it. I highly recommend Andy's Buildings.

I’m very happy with the quality of building and the work of the crew that erected it.What’s more impressive is that Ronnie quoted me a 30x80x14 building on June 27, I paid the deposit and was told that the crew could begin erecting the building on July 9.The crew showed up as promised, began working and I was there for the entire time and pointed out small issues and the crew addressed them and handed the keys to my finished building on July 13.Most impressive is the fact that my building had to meet some non standard dimensional requirements for the roll up doors because I had the concrete poured for a building from a different supplier that never ordered my building after having my deposit for over 90 days.I will be building 3 more buildings on my property within the next year and Andy’s Buildings will get the order for all 3.

I reached out to the owner multiple times with no response since I guess they’re done with me so I’ll post this in hopes others can avoid a similar experience. It seemed to start out well until the crew showed up. They left screws everywhere and when I brought it up to multiple office staff members, I was told they would not be liable for damage. I wish that was my only issue. It’s not. The foreman of the crew called me to the site 6 times because he didn’t understand the plans. I would find out later that both he and Andy (owner) knew that the building was smaller than I requested due to an issue from the salesman (I should’ve checked the contract with a fine toothed comb). I was pressured into making the final payment quickly. Since then, I made Andy aware of issues with windows (cut in the wrong place) and doors (not cut appropriately) and I was met with a half hearted apology and admitting mistakes but his fix was always “we’ll fix it for (insert money amount).” It’s a poor way to do business and treat people. I wanted to give Andy a chance to make things right but apparently all this business cares about is money. They couldn’t care less about taking care of customers. It’s unfortunate since I need a shop building and have friends needing metal buildings as well. Andy’s won’t be getting any more of my business after this horrible experience.

Cruz was very helpful choosing the right building for us. We were even able to match the color to our shop. It came in earlier than expected and was up and ready in a few hours. We are very happy with the product so far.

We met with the sales staff member and showed him what vehicles we needed to cover, and he recommended the specifications for the carport we ultimately bought. The product looked nice, but wasn’t functional as it doesn’t fit our trucks. I tried to work with Andy to come up with a modification that would make the carport functional, but he refused to help. He would only say that it was my own fault, as I agreed to the specs. I explained to him how we arrived at those specifications, but his only response was that the particular staff member who helped us was no longer employed there. I did offer proof of the employee’s role in the matter, but Andy was unwilling to help. I do not recommend Andy’s Buildings, as they are unwilling to stand behind their employees’ actions. You get what you pay for, and we got a cheap, unusable heap of metal. Buyer beware!

PART TWO:We lost our carport in a storm and once again, Andy's crew was thourogh and efficient. Kruz was very attentive to our needs and knowledgeable about his product. He kept us informed of scheduling and possible weather delays. I'm extremely satisfied with his work. Our new carport is up and we are back to normal!Excellent job! Andy is very friendly and answered all of our questions. He was a lot of help in deciding what type of building would suit us best. Thorough work, well anchored. We were delighted with our purchase.
