Words can't describe how happy I am after seeing Doctor McKinney. I really thought I was going to have to get surgery, but I am so glad I didn't and got other opinions. I also got to avoid pain pills which seemed to be what all the other doctors I seen recommended. Surgery or drugs, neither actually fixing a problem. I heard he was doing some newer back treatments so I flew up from Florida for a week to get them going. Totally worth it! I have a severely herniated disk and actually lost mobility in my right leg and the feeling in my toes. I let it go for about two months thinking it would go away, it didn't and only got worse due to it being so inflamed. I was sleeping 3 hours a night, tops and lost 40 pounds due to loss of appetite from being in so much pain. I was mentally and physically drained. So, I needed to do something aggressive. After a week of him and his team working on me with redlighting, electro charging, a PMP injection, light adjustments, the decompression chair, the roller bed, and some laser treatments, I feel like a new man! They explained that your body can't heal if it's beat down so alot of treatments revolved around that. I slept 8+hours every single night I was there, appetite came back, and so did the feeling in my toes after the fourth treatment. I even got full mobility in my leg and my muscle spasms stopped completely. I could write a book on this amazing experience. As someone who was skeptical at first, that all went out the window after the first treatment. I would have done anything to feel normal again and glad Doc. McKinney made that happen. I couldn't be more grateful or thankful. If you have back pain, I recommend this 100%. Why live in pain if you don't have to. Since my last vacation was spent in unbearable pain from waking and sightseeing, I faced that my active lifestyle days were over, and just resigned myself to as little movement as possible. I couldn’t even make dinner without having to lie down and rest afterward. Nights were miserable, waking up constantly from the pain. Well by some twist of fate, I wrenched something in my mid back and finally called Fredericksburg Chiropractic to at least try to solve my new issue. I was seen the same day! Dr. Tressler manually adjusted me and solved the new problem on the spot! After seeing my awful X-ray, Dr. Tressler felt that he could help with my chronic pain. Although I didn’t have much hope, there was certainly nothing to lose! My back had only been manually adjusted by other chiropractors, never knowing there were other modalities of treatment. Well I am here to tell you, the change is nothing short of miraculous! I am finally back to living a normal active life! Walking the dog, sleeping all night, and being able to step out of bed when the alarm goes off, rather than taking inventory of how bad the day is going to be! I still have pain at times, but the recovery time is just a matter of resting my back for a bit, then back to living. If you are in pain, don’t ever fee hopeless, as I did. I've never been to a chiropractor before, but due to my job I've struggled with low back pain.
