That's what this was. The moss situation on my roof and back patio was starting to get out of hand and No Moss took care of it—safely, responsibly, properly! Joey came out the next day to give me a quote and explained all their services, processes, and capabilities in a very kind and patient manner. I never felt any sort of sales pressure or anything like that; he asked what the problem areas were had and shared what services/options might work for our needs. On the day of our cleaning, Santiago and Meshach were SO great; they called me early in the morning to let me know that they're coming and once they arrived, they walked me through their plan for the day and got right to it. I definitely want to give a kudos to those two. Not only did the roof look great once they were done, Santiago and Meshach stayed past sunset to give my back patio (with all its various brick structures) the deepest, most detailed cleaning. They helped move all our furniture and various "things" back there to get into all the crevices. It honestly looks so amazing back there now! And then, to top it all off, Joey came back the following day—with a gift!—to check on the work and wrap up everything with me. I had a question about the equipment used on the solar panels, and Chris answered it promptly. I accepted the bid and was scheduled for the following day, today. Chris and Jonathan arrived on schedule, got right to work, and did a spectacular job of removing at least 20 years of moss and lichen buildup. The roof looks new (it's 30 years old) and will only look better as the spray takes full effect. The solar panels look better than when they were installed, and I'm sure it will make a significant difference in power generation. I appreciated the care they took to safeguard and protect plants and trees, as well as their diligence in cleaning up.
