Don’t recommend!! Initially I was happy and referred lots of my friends to them. Later they all complained that Shawn doesn’t follow up or do what he’s supposed to! Lies and does not do what they said they would do at all! I currently have a bill from the previous security system for $1300 that was placed on my credit that I never knew would be on my credit!! I was told the system would be bought out and replaced with the current group. Also I ended up financing over $3k for the system. I didn’t realize that I was going through a loan company to purchase the system. Be aware of them !! I thought pulling my credit was to assure I had no previous account with them. Not financing a system. None of my previous security systems did that. However, I wanted to support the business!! Meanwhile I’m fighting to get that off my credit which Shawn said he will help! I reached out to PSG Security in the summer of 2017 because, as a single mom, I wanted to increase the security at my home and include a doorbell camera. Mr. Magwood was so helpful, listened to all of my concerns and made sure that my home was safe from burglary and fire. Even though they upgraded my system, I paid NOTHING out of pocket and it is all covered under a lifetime warranty. It gives me peace of mind to know that I can call about any of my equipment and I won't have to pay extra charges or fees unexpectedly. Thank you PSG!!
