I am so glad I found my Gym, my experience from day 1 has been amazing. All the members are great, we all get along and support each other with our goals and growth potential. The box is great, all the equipment is in very good condition and there is a lot of it to utilize and work out with. The coaches are the best, especially the 7am class because that’s the class I worked out in, and my coach is the owner Mal. Mal knows exactly what she is doing, she is a great athlete herself, and has a ton of experience working out and competing, why does this matter? Well, because she knows what she is talking about and can teach us by example. Mal is dedicated, thoughtful, humble and absolutely great with teaching proper technique. She is really conscious about form, and proper movements. To sum it all up, we are one big family here and I love it!
