This company is top notch in every way. I wish I knew about them earlier as I did not have the same great experience with other companies before them. Their caregivers were perfect matches for Mom. They were professional, courteous and always willing to assist with anything I needed. I would recommend them, and have, to anyone without hesitation.

While the former company had some good caregivers the management's communication was poor and they failed to keep us updated on my mother's condition and often had scheduling problems. RetireEase has been wonderful to work with. Their caregivers are very professional and they all say they like working for the company. The company owner has called me several times with concerns of my mother's health and recommended solutions. The company recently paired us with a social worker to be a medical advocate for my mother. I highly recommend RetireEase Less

RetireEASE is a wonderful family-owned senior care provider in Columbia who continuously goes out of their way for their clients. For any senior care needs, they would be my first choice!!

After trying a couple of other senior services, we contacted Retire Ease and are so happy that we did. The caretakers have been excellent and have been skilled, compassionate, and reliable. With Retire Eases' help, my 90 year old mother who suffers from dementia has been able to stay in her own home with her precious dog. We are totally satisfied with Retire Ease.
