From the initial call I knew I was going to have a good experience, there website is clear and easy to use but I preferred to call them. all of my questions were answer and they are very friendly. I was able to pay over the phone and move on with the party planning. I received the contract by email and the day before they sent me an ETA and they were punctual, the two young man were very friendly and made the set up fun for my granddaughter. instruction were clear the kids had so much fun. they send me a ETA for pick up and again they took care of everything. The kids loved the bounce house. But upset with how they came to pick up the bounce house way to early and did not inform anyone they were here to take it down. And it was way to expensive. And they left two of there super long stakes in my grass. Luckily I found them before my kids stepped on them

we decided on a bouncy house at the last minute. they had equipment available. online booking process was easy. they confirmed via text within the hour. delivered promptly. quick set up. bouncy house was clean. they texted when they were on their way and arrived just as they said for take down and pick up. would definitely use service again. highly recommend.
