He met my questions with vague and rushed answers. As I was still in the chair, the assistant turns off the overhead lights and they seem pretty much ready to just be out the door. I understand I was the last patient of the day but this doesn’t give them the right to not properly provide the service they’re charging me hundreds of dollars for.Absolute disservice to their patients, I wish they would reimburse me so I could use my lost funds towards my treatments somewhere where they care about their patients. After weeks of dealing with this issue I was allowed to meet with the dentist again who was unable to correct my issue after two follow ups. I was then booked with another dentist at this practice who was also unable to correct my issue. To make matters worse I was then told I would need a root canal to relieve my sensitivity but this was not covered by my insurance. I ended up going to another dentist who corrected my issue in roughly one hour and said the initial filling done by Mantra Dental was done to close to the root. Less
