Great gym with a lot of different options. The group classes are a good mix of weight training and HIIT. Fred always takes the time to show how exercises should be done if your not familiar with them. Highly recommend 🙂!

Looking for boxing classes in the cda area, I called ASAP and spoke with Fred, who was very helpful and easy to get ahold of. He directed me to Vili, who is the boxing coach. Vili made it so easy to try out, and I'm hooked. I've been going for over a month now and it's become the best part of my week. Vili makes it fun, encouraging, and its a GREAT workout.

I used to workout by myself with no training. Then I went to ASAP and got Fred to train me. 10/10, never seen so much improvement in such a short period.

My son has only been training with BPI a couple months, but I've seen a difference. We're very happy with the training program, this isn't just a speed and agility program, Fred's training is so much more in depth, with weights, position specific and learning game film. thank you BPI and Fred.

Coach Kelley is working with both my kids for two different reasons. One is for off-season football and the other is target strength training for my daughters gymnastics. He is attentive with both and explains so they understand why they’re doing what they’re doing. He also makes sure my kids (13 and 14) are comfortable with him as well as they work.
