I cannot say enough good things about the gym and the staff. My son had been struggling with confidence and motor skills. Masters Josh, Jipping and Miss Aligrace were so patient with him and met him and the other students where they were at. Even being new to the sport they took time to make everyone feel included. Within a few sessions this class felt more like a family. During his first tournament the staff, parents, and students were so supportive of one another and rooted for everyone even when competing against each other. Whether you are new to the sport or seasoned this is a great place to build your skills and grow as a person.

My son loves New Heights! He has been going to New Heights since January of 2024.I have seen more improvement in balance and coordination than in years of occupational therapy. My son has ADHD and struggles with focus, emotional regulation, and impulse control. I have seen a big improvements in focus and self control, and it has given him so much confidence in his own abilities! The instructors at New Heights are patient and are great at encouraging kids to keep going to learn new skills. I highly recommend!

We’ve been so impressed with this taekwondo class for our 4-year-old! The instructor is incredibly patient, encouraging, and skilled at working with young children. What really sets this class apart is its focus on teaching responsibility and self-control in a way that’s fun and age-appropriate.Our child has grown not just in coordination and confidence, but also in their ability to listen, follow directions, and show respect to others. The positive environment and theme-focussed lessons have made a big difference in our child’s behavior both inside and outside of class. My son has been attending New Heights for almost 2 years, and it has been wonderful for him! Master Josh and Miss AliGrace are absolutely amazing with the kids they work with, always keeping the important topics (courtesy, respect, focus, etc) at the forefront of every lesson. Even my son's teachers noticed a difference after just a few months of classes.The classes are small, so they get the attention they need, and the kids all become good friends. He is also learning to always strive to work hard and be his best- the tournaments are always so fun and inspirational, and teach the kids to genuinely support and cheer for each other. Our time at New Heights has been all around a wonderful experience!

I love all the masters here they have wonderful inspiring words of great encouragement and integrity for all who join their classes it’s fun intense well worth your time to spend on focusing your self goals of achievements that only you can reach for whatever that goal is with all the masters of instructional wisdom in the class. The children love it as well we are so glad to have made the decision to enroll our 2 children into New Heights Fitness thanks guys for all you continue to do to make everyone feel empowered to be the best that they openly wanna be within themselves !!!!
