At the time that I was working in the area, I was able to visit for roughly 3 weeks. I really enjoyed the individuals, as well as the coaching, and the atmosphere that they created. The success of crossfit can be attributed to outstanding gyms like this one.

I am new to Chaka CrossFit but the coaches and others taking classes have made me feel very welcome. The expertise of the coaches is phenomenal. They have guided me through modifications to the movements when I need them. Everyone is very encouraging and supportive which makes it easier to go back.

I signed up for Chaka Crossfit a month ago, all the coaches have been super helpful in scaling things to my skill level so it wasn't intimidating. I also enjoy the class sizes, its not overwhelming and it has been very enjoyable. Also everyone is super supportive. I'd recommend stopping in for their trail and you'd be hooked instantly.

I initially tried Chaka because it was the least intimidating CrossFit gym in the region and had the best logo. Both of those things are still true, but I've also gained access to a great community and feel healthier than ever before. Also, it's clean - but in a way where it's comfortable to be there but I don't feel bad if I get sweat and chalk everywhere after giving it my all during a workout.

Chaka CrossFit is such a wonderful place! There’s ample instruction by really talented coaches available for newcomers like myself, and I looked SO GOOD after my time spent doing CrossFit every morning before I moved back to college. 10/10. My arms speak for themselves. The community is also really wholesome and supportive.

I have been a member since 2018. Chaka is a community and to me family. I am 50 with a new knee. I workout side by side with 20 somethings in their prime. We are all included, welcomed and encouraged. Best supportive environment!

I joined Chaka in 2019 with no prior Crossfit experience. Chaka is a fantastic facility with great coaches who are truly interested in creating a family style community. Starting Crossfit can be a scary proposition, but they do an excellent job creating programming that scales to wherever you may be in your fitness journey.

I joined Chaka a few years after having my daughter. Not having lost any baby weight I knew I had to do something. The programming can be scaled to your abilities. With positive coaching and great members you will be exceeding your own expectations. Highly recommend!

Chaka offers a challenging workout and a family atmosphere. All of the trainers are able to make accomodations or modifications for ailments. It's always fun and challenging. The members range in age from 10 to 70 and everyone participates as able.

Chaka CrossFit provides an excellent, safe, and fun way to be healthy and active. The coaches do an amazing and excellent job teaching the classes. They review each workout and movement before and during the class. They provide scaled options for each of the movements within the workout if you are unable to complete the prescribed/recommended weights and movements.
