I often travel to the Greenville area on business and met the owner of this gym (Jeremy). He offered me a free pass to workout at the gym and I was impressed. The classes I have taken, and the coaches are awesome. Although I am not a member, I do return on a day pass to get my workouts in (vs the limited equipment available in hotels) when I am in town. I highly recommend this gym.

I cannot stress enough how much I love Full Auto Fitness!! I've tried a multitude of gyms with very little success until now. All the coaches are very invested in making sure your workout is challenging without being impossible. They also are great about making sure your form is correct so you don't injure yourself. I always feel extremely encouraged and never judged.

Love it! It took alot of convincing from my sister to try it out and I am glad I did. Jackie is an AMAZING coach and helps you accommodate for injuries and an aging body. One of the best decisions I ever made. Coach Jackie was so welcoming, the other members and newbie’s were encouraging to me. Could I do everything, NO. But Jackie made sure there was always a modification and kept me moving. I’m still not where I want to be in my journey but I’m so much better than I was. I started with Full Auto Fitness in February of this year. My husband was already a member but I started with Jackie's introductory 8wk boot camp. She was great! Jackie coaches me at a level that suits my personality....she adapts to everybody's fitness levels and communication style which isn't easy. She watches like a hawk to suggest how to scale and modify the Workout of the Day (WOD) to adapt to each person's inevitable limitations...but she also leaves you to it if you're doing just fine with prescribed levels! All workouts are a mixture of body weight exercises, cardio machines, and free weights. Once I finished the boot camp, I joined as a member with a couple's rate and now my hubby & I both go! I've been coached by Jackie, Kathryn & Jeremy so far and each give me just slightly unique suggestions or tips based on their own strengths and experience! They all love to see us getting stronger, more flexible and healthier and they root each person on during every workout. Love that. Plus, the gym has a great vibe and there is laughing and joking. I don't see egos in this gym! There are a broad variety of fitness levels in every class, welcoming to beginners but without holding back the veterans, and everyone does what works for them to achieve their individual fitness goal! I've never felt uncomfortable with others that have more experience than me or are in better shape. People in the workout groups want others to be better and enjoy the success as well. The coaches know what I'm good at and what I struggle with and I get individual instruction on exercises when I need it. I have been a member at CFFA for over 6 years. This gym is amazing with knowledgeable coaches, great equipment and challenging workouts. I look forward to going everyday to see all of the members who are now some of my closest friends. This gym is definitely the place you want to be and is so welcoming for people regardless of your skill level.

If I could, I would give this gym a sixth star! They go above and beyond expectations, are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. Dropped in while out of town for work and was pleased with the programming, the friendly staff and the clean facilities. They also have a child care area that your young kids can play in while you WOD! Definitely one of the better boxes in upstate!

There's a place for everybody at CrossFit Full Auto. Jeremy and his staff make sure athletes are in tune to their physical fitness, at all levels. They want their members to strive to be and do their best and reach potentials that they may have not thought possible.

Came to this box while on a business trip. In fact, I always come to this box when in Greenville. I notice it was under new management and was pleasantly surprised. Great coach, great WOD, and very welcoming. I've been doing CrossFit since 2008, and always look for a good box when away from home. I suggest CrossFit Full Auto highly.
