Even with a bummed shoulder, they were able to create a workout for me that was not only beneficial but also prevented further injury to my shoulder. They are always adding new state of the art equipment to get the most efficient results in less time. Although we don’t focus on major cardio, I’ve noticed when I go on hiking trips I have much more stamina and feel great during my most challenging hikes. I love the therapy options we have to combat fatigue and soreness. I use red light therapy, the infrared sauna, bio charger and compression sleeves often. It’s a laid back family atmosphere that welcomes everyone of all fitness levels. Andy and Garrett even came to my dad’s funeral and it showed how much they genuinely care and invest in their clients and become friends with everyone. Andy and Garrett are absolutely great! They are the ones who have pushed me into ‘beast mode’ having me never want to miss a workout. This is definitely results driven!!! As far as the state of the art equipment I mentioned, I am talking ARX machines, Carol Bikes, All Core 360, Vitruvian and so much more. As far as post workout recovery goes they have red light therapy, massage chair, compression, bio charger, and a sauna! I feel stronger and healthier than I ever have thanks to Garrett and Andy. The ARX machines give you a killer full body workout in a fraction of the time. I love having a place right here in Sumner County with the latest technology in exercise. Cannot recommend Kalqlate enough.

This place is awesome... today was my second week working out, going only 1-2 times weekly and can see a big difference in my physique. I’m real excited to see my full transformation. They have advanced workout equipment you can’t find any other place. I promise if you go and try just one short workout session you will be hooked.

Kalqlate Science is cutting edge for sure. State of the art exercise and recovery! Knowledgeable staff to head me in the direction of reprogramming what I thought was exercise. Highly recommend!

Very nice facility and the equipment is the most state of the art I have ever seen. The coaches and trainers are spot on with recommendations and workout plan. I look forward to the meal prep services as well. I will advise if you don't have thick skin do not try the 3D body scan program. It is very humbling but was just the motivation I needed to keep coming back.

This place is very cool and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I tried one of their workout machines and had a 15 minute workout. I felt like I got more from that 15 minute workout than I ever got from an hour workout at any other gym I’ve been too. It was also nice to have a trainer helping and motivating me to push myself.
