Esther is absolutely amazing!!!! She always does a wonderful job on my kiddo who will be turning 7 soon. She is incredibly patient, kind and very understanding. When we first starting coming here my son was 5 and HATED haircuts. She worked her magic with him and did a really quick, fantastic job. Now my son loves getting his hair cut but only by Esther. This is the only place where my son feels confident and comfortable! We will continue to come here for all future haircuts.

I could've done a better job at home. It was the 1st haircut of our 14-month-old baby boy. We've chosen this place due to the propaganda on their website but the only thing they did honour was being fast, which results in a quite poor haircut. It was $40 for a rushed 5-minute haircut. I had reasonable expectations as I understand that a kid crying and moving all the time makes the job tough. However, as per the premium price, I would expect a little more time trying to do a better job. They were not kind, they did not clean the baby after. I do not recommend this place. The price doesn't match the quality they should offer.

I want to thank the team for being so patient and supportive to our son who is autistic. They are always kind and help make the experience easier for him and us as his parents . They always do a great job . Thank you also for giving the kids a balloon at the end , it really helps improve our son’s mood afterwards as it’s a very challenging moment for him . ❤️❤️❤️ Special shoutout to Esther for giving us a great experience today . Even though it was almost the end of the day , she was smiley and happy to help us . Thank you Esther . You were also Our son’s first hair stylist since he was one year old.

We had an amazing experience for both of our girls (4 & 2yrs old). They were so relaxed and loved the car chairs, but what really impressed me was the kindness, patience and genuine care from the hairdresser of how I wanted the girls hair done and the hair cuts turned out beautiful. Will definitely be back again💃🏼

Main stylist just does what she wants and not even give a try to follow the models showed as examples on pictures. I think this will be my last time visiting this place as is the third time this is happening. Maybe from 5 years old on would be better as it seems she just lost patience on toddlers 🙃 And yes, it’s pricey for a place that doesn’t listen the clients.

It was a nightmare and terrible experience for my daughter’s haircut. The Korean hairdresser insisted to get my 10 years old to sit in one of the tiny plane for her own convenient. The lady rushed and did a poor job. The cut wasn’t even and I had to fix it at home later that night. My daughter cried after the cut. We had an appointment and she didn’t even care. Just want my money and take in more walk in. I regret ever going there

Horrible experience. We made application before going. My girl cried right after the cut. The lady did only 5 mins hair cut for my 10 years old girl very rough cut (which normally takes at least 20 mins at other kid cut places) and it feel like she just wanted to get it done then take next. Don't recommend older kids go to this place for a hair cut.

So disappointing. The salon looks nice and kid friendly. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before I took my daughter here. I asked for trimming my daughters hair. See the picture below. It’s so short and so uneven. Really the worst haircut… So disappointed.

It was a quick cut as advertised. I asked for a specific cut for my son did not get it even though the lady cutting the hair she understood what I was asking for. I could chalk that up to language barrier, however, the biggest thing I didn't like was how untidy the place is. They never clean the hair off the toy trains/cars etc.

Lots of bad experiences in the reviews here, but I guess different things work for different kids? My kid has always been frightened by haircuts, but these guys did 2 things that worked: (1) lighting speed, they had him in and out in maybe 7 minutes. Great for a 4 year old boy who’s got energy. (2) the buzzers are super quite so not as scary, which made a huge difference for him. Overall I’m pretty happy. Expensive, but at least I’m not giving my poor kid bad home cuts anymore !

First hair cut for my baby girl. The staff spent no time to be kid friendly .. lucky for us our girl is happy and did fine. But I see no point in paying such high value for no extra effort from the staff. It was quick to a point that it felt rushed - no time to make the kid comfortable, didn't bother much cleaning her after the haircut and a very sloppy laminated card with a hair strand half out of the lamination. Don't see a point coming back to this place.

Good haircut but horrible with children. I expected a toy balloon or lollipop to distract him during the cut. Nothing. I had to ask if they had suckers while he was mid meltdown and she rushed and wouldn't even wait for me to open the sucker she found in the back of some drawer. Never going back as I feel they are not following through with what they are marketing.
