I don't think they ever took longer than 24 hours to answer any question I had. I appreciated their insight into the benefits of social media marketing vs website hits vs having a good presence on google. While we are very happy with our website and the fact that they provided us with multiple logo formats, just having an experienced and knowledgeable marketing team to answer our questions was well worth it!
