I have used then 2x once when I had a leak behind my shower wall. As well when I had to disconnect my water from vanity as leak destroyed the bathroom. Paul also gave me a piece of advice that I have already passed onto my friends. I will be using then again and asking for Paul when the bathroom gets put back together. We recently moved into a new home and required plumbing services. The first was to fix a leaky shower head. He fixed the leak but put the pieces back together incorrectly and we could not get the shower lever to move. After several attempts, the handle snapped off. We now have to pay more money to have this repaired. We then had a plumber come out to install a pressure reducing valve. Many people on our street have had this completed by vaillancourt and paid around $500. We had a plumber come out who did not know what he was doing and was on the phone with multiple people to guide him through and we ended up getting a bill for over $1300. They claimed the part was $800 - when the exact part on other invoices from the street was no more than $200. I am waiting to hear from the manager as I requested to speak with them about 4 days ago and will update my review if an appropriate and fair resolution is achieved. Currently, I am not pleased with any service we have received from Vaillancourt and would not recommend. Less
