I had a main drain plugged leading to the septic tank. When Trevor S arrived to inspect the issue he was very informative regarding the problem. 2026 update: People stop looking, this is the best plumbing company around and believe me I tired a few before I decided to try Vaillancourt Plumbing in 2025. I had the pleasure to use their services for a other issue I recently had and the Trevor and Trevor plumping swat team solved it all for me. No price gouging, no bs story, only facts and recommendations and a problem solved.I'd give them 10 stars if I could!Dealing with Vaillancourt is great, booking service was well handled and the plumber Shane was a super nice guy who explained to me every I needed to know about how drains are unblocked. When I talked to Shane about how was Vaillancourt as a family business, he only had good things to say, he admitted to me he could make more money elsewhere and be treated as a expandable number but Vaillancourt treat their staff like human beings. Not many companies work like this now a days. Quality of workmanship proves it.

Valliancourt is a reliable and wonderful company to deal with.I had a problem with my leaky valve connected to the water main. Valliancourt assisted me to arrange with the city water department to have the main valve shut off/turn on plus arrangement to change the defective water box on my lawn (big job!). They know the entire process very well and save me much time to make arrange with the city re available time and sources allotment.The staffs from Valliancourt are courteous and helpful. Phone call were pickup and return promptly. Trevor is a professional gentleman who knows his trade very well and very polite to work with me, that make my highly anxious event much easier to live with.Valliancourt is highly recommended. I had a leak in the pipes running outside my home to the main water connection. I contacted a few contractors but Vaillancourt was the most thorough and competent contractor, ensuring all required permits were in place, etc., and I was happy they were able to complete the job prior to the Holidays. I was kept up-to-date throughout the process, all my questions were answered and they followed up after the job was complete to ensure I was happy with the job.
