The job was done perfect, done in a short period of time, and the technician explained the situation & resolution. My constructive feedback would be that although the urgent fix was completed within 30-minutes; that the technician take a little time to review the surrounding area to confirm if other updates need to be made. We all know emergency fees can be high, so while we agree to pay these hourly fees, if there is 20/30 minutes remaining in the hour, take the time to inspect the area for any possible issues. We now have to pay more money to have this repaired. We then had a plumber come out to install a pressure reducing valve. Many people on our street have had this completed by vaillancourt and paid around $500. We had a plumber come out who did not know what he was doing and was on the phone with multiple people to guide him through and we ended up getting a bill for over $1300. They claimed the part was $800 - when the exact part on other invoices from the street was no more than $200. I am waiting to hear from the manager as I requested to speak with them about 4 days ago and will update my review if an appropriate and fair resolution is achieved. Vaillancourt plumbing is the best, great customer service backed-up with excellent work. I called to replace an old water tank on the main floor, they explained the options and costs. They explained the job, removed the old, installed the new tank, leaving the work area clean. Very happy, definitely my go to plumbing company.

Booking was easy and appt was only 2 days out. Although I wasn't home for the visit I'm very happy with the results. Will use Vaillancourt again.

You will be charged an extra hour of service if the plumber has to go out to purchase a specific item and scheduling the visit was very difficult and took many tries where the plumber wouldn’t show, but when he did the job, it was quality service. Very polite and professional customer service.
