The experience right from the start of sending the initial message was met with professionalism and attention to detail. Service to repair a leak in the bathroom sink was quickly scheduled, followed up with date and time confirmation along with a photo of the plumber for added security. The plumber Trevor was efficient and helped problem solve an issue that was bigger than initially thought. Trevor provided realistic options and outcomes. He was efficient, exceptionally knowledgable, and professional. Customer service is a top priority as this is reflected in their follow up call to confirm that everything was in fine working order! Vaillancourt Plumbing is highly recommended and they will always be my first choice for my homes plumbing needs!

Shane came and knew exactly what was wrong with my toilet and laundry room faucet. He went and got the necessary materials and had both fixed within the span of just a couple hours. Following a home inspection prior to selling a family members house I needed some plumping fixes. I contacted Vaillancourt Plumbing and they were quick to help! Reached out to this company to get a quote , the receptionist I spoke to was very friendly made an appointment to my schedule wonderful. The gentleman who came in was friendly as well he said he would send me a quote , never heard from them again , called them back about a week later as ask what happened, was told I would receive a call back and once again didn’t hear from them again. 🤷🏻‍♀️Received a very pleasant call back from Vaillancourt plumbing representative apologizing for the miscommunication, I understand mistakes happen.I'am very impress how professional they handle the situation I was told I will receive a gift voucher for next time I require service if I decide to use their services which I will Definitely do because they took responsibility and even though I didn’t use their services this time they still tired to make me (client )happy . Change my review to 4 stars !

We needed plumbing repair fast as the main water shut off to my home was leaking. We were put at ease right from the first call to Vaillancourt Plumbing. Trevor arrived within thirty minutes, co ordinated with Durham Region works to have the water shut off and turned on after the repair. Trevor was professional, courteous and friendly. We are very satisfied with Vaillancourt Plumbing.
