We were met with lots of confusion. Then when we had a task added nobody seemed to know what task they were supposed to do or what job was connected to us. From a billing standpoint nobody could tell us what was going on. Finally was all cleared after everybody left and later on that day. Overall work minus the damage was great. Less

OUTSTANDING! Let's start with the initial call. Friendly individual asking helpful questions to determine the extent of work required. Then Alex showed up early after calling to ask if it was OK to come early - very thoughtful. Alex was polite and knowledgeable. He was able to determine the source of the issue as to just fixing the problem. My piping system under the sink wasn't installed to optimize flow and was pitting a drain on the connections, which resulted in the joints separating, and the equipment used wasn't what a licensed plumber would use. He explained what he'd like to do to ensure the system would function effectively for years to come. He also fixed the constant clogging I was experiencing (not why I called him) by suggesting removing the angled pipes and the vent. The work took 90 Mins, and every minute was put to good use. He cleaned up the area after he was done and put everything back into place. I am so happy! I have more space under my sink now, no more clogs (this became a weekly occurrence because of the elbows in the piping, and the drain isn't seperated from the pipe which had caused an unknown massive water leak that flowed into the basement. These folks are rated 5 stars for a reason. Alex is young and had the grace and professionalism of men many times his senior. Its nice to see young people caring about their work and being highly knowledgeable and professional. Trust this company and ask for Alex! Less

We had a plumbing emergency with our main pipe to the septic clogged. I called into Vaillancourt plumbing and was able to book an appointment within minutes. Shane was able to solve the problem very quickly and even helped us shovel soil back over the septic tank lid. Shane had helped us in the winter with a drainage issue with our kitchen sink. When Shane looked under the sink he immediately knew what the problem was and changed around the piping setup which completely fixed the problem. Vaillancourt Plumbing is absolutely wonderful. I needed a plumber for my mother in law that's not well ... they were booked all week with the exception of Friday, so an appointment was booked for that day. After making that appointment, I realized I wasn't going to be able to meet them at her house ... I called back to see if it was possible to have someone for Thursday instead. Even though that day was filled ... she made it her mission to accommodate and re-arranged Thursdays appointments for me!!! That's exceptional customer service!!! Alex came and spent several hours working through the issues regarding the kitchen sink ... he went above and beyond to not only fix the backed up pipes .. but he actually replaced a piece of pipe to allow the proper drainage ... he was outstanding!! His patience and kindness was something that other companies out there should follow!! I absolutely recommend this company for any plumbing issues, hands down!! We all know emergency fees can be high, so while we agree to pay these hourly fees, if there is 20/30 minutes remaining in the hour, take the time to inspect the area for any possible issues.
