Loved going to this gym when I lived in Butte! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and made barbell club approachable and effective. Within a few months of consistent lifting, I was stoked at how much stronger I got. The patrons are a friendly community here too!

I was always a wimpy thing, and being taught to lift weights properly and develop some core and back strength has transferred positively to all aspects of my life. I rotate all the class times depending what works for my schedule and they are all great. The Saturday partner workouts are my favorite though. You don’t have to show up with a partner, you’ll find one there! The Saturday workout is split up between you and your partner. It’s always an intense workout, but you’re in it together! Before every class the coaches explain the movements and you can scale down or scale up depending on what is comfortable for you or what your goals are. Anyone of any age or ability can do these workouts. Sometimes in the summer they will do workouts in the park, or during the holidays they’ll do a workout to the theme of 12 days of Christmas or something like that…anyway it’s always fun and you don’t get bored because every day is different. Anthony and team were fantastic! Took me from couch to Spartan Trifecta in a year. I was recovering from a back surgery and he helped develop a program to ensure I was moving properly to avoid injury and to help prep me for a tough race. My home gym is in Portland, OR, but I stopped by while traveling and it was a great experience! Great programming, excellent coaches and a nice facility. If your looking for a good box, I highly recommend you check this place out.

I’ve had the coaches tell me many times to take off weight, focus on form, scale the work out, don’t climb the rope all the way up to the ceiling🤣, don’t be so hard on yourself, you are your worst critic, we want you to be your best self. My kids have joined CCCF and have participated in youth weight lifting. It’s been awesome! CCCF has been a part of my morning routine for almost 8 years. It is definitely the best part of my day. The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging. The workout are challenging but doable at every level. Love this place.

The coaches are extremely knowledgable, friendly, and encouraging making the workouts a great time. I came to this gym for about two months three years ago and they still remembered me and made me feel part of the team. I would recommend this gym to anyone who can stop by.
