I love Klooster Family Dentistry. Dr. Carolyn Jones makes me feel at ease with all of my dental procedures. As a military spouse, I've had my fair share of dentists over the years; but hands down, this is my favorite dentist.

The Klooster team is phenomenal!! I absolutely love them. They are great with kids and adults. Truly could not be happier!

My family has been going to Klooster Family Dentistry for the last 2 years. They have done dental cleanings, crown replacements, and one emergency appointment due to a toddler knocking her tooth out. I was not happy with my prior dentist so I changed to Klooster family dentistry. Their office staff is very helpful, my hygienist was amazing, thorough and gentle, and the dentist actually spent time with me (which was one of my biggest complaints about the prior practice I had been to). The facility was clean and modern. I would 100% recommend them!

Steer clear of this place! If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I had a crown done by this practice less than 2 years ago and I have had nothing but issues and pain since. I explained these issues to them and showed them the general area of concern. Me, knowing nothing about dentistry, thought it may have been another tooth (I now know the pain was radiating from the poorly crowned tooth done by Klooster). The Doctor's decided to shave down said tooth without doing any tests to decipher where the pain was originating from, essentially, they were shaving down a perfectly good tooth. During my last visit with this practice, I explained again that I was having pain and they simply said they weren't going to do anything more or shave down any other teeth, and that a root canal was probably next. I decided to go to another dentist because I knew it was not normal to experience this amount of pain and I had to do something about it. My new dentist took the time to see exactly where the pain was originating from. The poorly crowned tooth sat too high causing my bite to be off. I was simply biting down on that tooth only... of course I'm having pain! He did what he could to relieve the issues but fast forward to today, my LESS THAN 2 YEAR OLD crown has fallen off. I understand crowns don't last forever, but this shouldn't happen so soon! I now must have the tooth redone and a new crown placed because of the poor job that Klooster did... and crowns aren't inexpensive! It is also out of pocket because it’s less than 2 years old. My insurance will only work with me if I return to this practice but I refuse to ever return here. The practice is horrible, negligent, and a joke! All they want is your $. Don't be fooled by the high ratings! Go somewhere else and save your teeth! I regret ever trusting this practice and I hope this review saves someone else from poor dentistry work. Less

From the moment you walk in, the office is clean and modern with a very friendly front desk staff. Jessica did my cleaning and was absolutely a wonderful! I'm having a lot of dental work done and recently had two crowns started at Klooster. The dentist was very attentive, constantly making sure I was okay and offering more anesthetic if I needed it. They were also very apologetic about how much they were having to pull on my mouth (which is pretty small!)

Greatest staff ever!

Dr Brian Meckler was fantastic. I had to have a redo on a root canal that a specialist had originally done. It went without a hitch even though it was a tricky redo. Also, I had 2 cracked fillings fixed. I recommend Klooster Family Dentistry to everyone.

I was a patient here. I had a filling done, and Dr Glover messed up my tooth. After the filling, I was in a lot of pain. I had to go to a better dentist to fix his bad work. I had a great dental experience at Klooster Family Dentistry in Raleigh. My hygienist, Lindsay, was a real pro and did a fantastic job. He is the best dentist I ever had. We lost touch years ago when he moved further away to another practice. He did the majority of my dental work, including root canals. He is caring, honest and is a very highly experienced dentist. He is a funny guy too which helps a nervous patient. I highly recommend this practice. Less

The team here was amazing! They were able to fit me in to get a cleaning, filling, and consult on the same day and I truly appreciate it! The doctors, hygienists, and staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful and I will recommend anyone to this office!

What a great experience from the start. Stellar communication prior to the appointment via text and emails. Office was completely COVID compliant and I can’t say enough about the entire staff from their level of ptofessionalism, friendliness and knowledge not to mention their keen ability to keep me feeling calm and relaxed.

Dr. Glover was very nice as was everyone in the front office. After he left the practice, a couple of the other dentists worked on my teeth. I had several extracted. They were very nice as well. The front office always was helpful with my insurance. I wish they took my BCBS insurance as I would continue to go.

Jessica is also an amazing hygienist and the two of them are the dream team. However, I have not had a good experience with Dr. Jones. The few times I have had her for a cleaning, I felt that she was trying to upsell other services (Invisalign, night guard). I once had an appointment with her for a filling and she must have had a personal emergency happen right beforehand as she flew through the process and was out of the office before I was. I would have rather rescheduled than have the procedure rushed through. I would give Dr. Glover 10 stars if I could but if he ever leaves the practice, I will likely find another dentist. Less

Great visit! It had been too long since my last appointment, but the main thing I like about this practice is their non-judgmental vibe. My hygienist Rosalyn (not sure if I spelled her name correctly, and I don’t see her on the website yet) was great! Front desk is efficient and explains everything well also!

I had such a great experience at the Klooster Family Dentistry office. Diedra (hope I spelled that right) did an awesome job as a hygienist. The process the least painful I’ve ever had with my previous dental experience. Very personable as well. The entire staff was very welcoming and polite as well.

Always professional, my last dental cleaning was a true enjoyment. My hygienist was so kind and thoughtful! My visit was a very calming experience.

We love Dr. Glover and Lindsay. It’s like going to see old friends twice a year. They provide excellent care and service. We highly recommend Lindsay as a hygienist. She is very thorough with her work but provides that extra care especially for our kids. Dr. Glover is the most patient dentist who explains the process and never pushes unnecessary treatments or procedures.

Professional and thorough.

Absolutely amazing service, with incredibly friendly staff. They work great with my insurance to keep my out of pocket low. My bottom teeth turn in slightly and the dentist said we could straighten them at any time if I wanted to use my insurance for Invisalign.

As a new patient I was given a warm welcome. The office staff is conscientious and caring. The hygienist did an awesome job, and I am very pleased with the care Dr. Jones gave me.

Such a nice group of people, the whole staff made me feel comfortable, explained everything and were so friendly. As someone who had bad experiences at dentists in the past, this was such a welcome experience. Thank you all so much.

I have been seeing Dr Brian Glover for at least 5 years. He is friendly and knowledgeable. He never tries to push unnecessary services or treatments. On rare occasion he's running late, you receive a text from the office. No wasted time! He has a gentle hand and I'm never in pain. Definitely give him a chance!

Dr Jones, Christy, and Yoselyn were so good at what they do. It was my wife and I first visit here and we were so pleased at the friendliness and professionalism portrayed by the staff.

Such a wonderful place! It was easy to book online and they have lots of safety measures in place for COVID. Diedra was amazing as well as Dr. Jones!
