We recently bought a home from KT homes it was a great experience. Buying a home can be very stressful. Ken provided us with a very unique opportunity. Since we bought our old home right before the market tanked we were not in a place to sell for much or any profit after owning for nine years. Instead Ken bought our old house which allowed us to buy our beautiful new home. Rick and Joe were fantastic throughout the whole process. Anytime you buy a home there will be speed bumps but they helped overcome all of them and we closed at our scheduled date. We closed the old house and the new house the same day so we had no overlap in payments. We have been in the new house several weeks and have had no issues. In fact our pup decided to taste the drywall and we were so upset about it. It was very minimal but they came in and fixed it for us. I am sure we will have a few minor issues down the road (just like any new build) but am confident they will be resolved. If you want honesty, go KT.
