We liked how KT Homes looked online, but Miriam provided the real life experience of viewing different models with us. We bought our second KT Home about 6 years ago, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, the KT Homes team has been outstanding. Joe Korper, in particular, was phenomenal. He guided us through every step of the process, making it seamless and stress-free. The homes are not only well-built but also energy-efficient, which has been a huge plus. Miriam was very kind and willing to answer all of our questions. This is gonna be our first time buying a home and she was very helpful with the process. We are not too sure about staying in las cruces yet but the homes were lovely and Miriam actually gave us a recommendations for other people that could help us out to be closer to Texas.
