Joe Korper, in particular, was phenomenal. He guided us through every step of the process, making it seamless and stress-free. The homes are not only well-built but also energy-efficient, which has been a huge plus. Miriam was very kind and willing to answer all of our questions. This is gonna be our first time buying a home and she was very helpful with the process. After we had a horrible experience with two other companies, we finally met KT Homes. From the day we first viewed a house, we felt like we finally had someone in our corner helping us find and purchase our home. Miriam was a constant help and was always in contact. She worked hard with our lender and was even present during signing like she was a family member congratulating us.
