Super awesome layout! Highly recommend Rebecca as a trainer! She's my coach and I've had a lot of coaches in my life. By far, she has customized everything so that I will see progress. She listens and encourages me. I'm glad I found her!

I just went in to have measurements and weight done for an at home workout challenge i am doing through them, but Rebecca gave me a full tour of the facility. It was great!!

I know the staff here are incredible and patient and helpful.

Wife bought classes for 'mom and me' but wasn't able to finish using them. She asked to transfer the classes over to do something different but was told she couldn't. Apparently there's also a time limit (3 months) on the sessions you purchase.

I just finished my 6 week transformation & I want to say that everyone from front desk to coaches to personal trainers have been amazing. I love the atmosphere & high fives!

Friendly and knowledgeable instructors. Gym members are super friendly and supportive. Never knew working out could be so fun.

Trainers are extremely friendly and absolutely educated! They know their stuff here. If you want results I would recommend giving them a try.

I have been to a number of gyms. It is hard to find one with staff that are as knowledgeable as the coaches here. If you are serious about getting results you owe it to yourself to check it out.

Ive never felt so comfortable in my life working out. The people that work here and the people that go here are so supportive, I cant imagine going anywhere else.

I go for the mommy and me classes. Great work out, staff is very friendly and accommodating. Never rushes us out with the little ones. Daniel is great as a class leader and is always so nice.

Big facility, might be good for a workout. I called beforehand and got no reply to my email or phone messages. When I dropped by wasn't sure who the staff were and none even said hi until the session started so I went somewhere else. There's plenty of choices

I love competiting at the CFW gym every year for FrosFit its so much fun and everyone and all your fellow crossfitters cheer ya on. I like when some of the judges push you as well. Great atmosphere and positive energy all round. Highly recommend going there for competitions.

(I creep allot of other box's web sites) Once I sat down and really scrutinized the logic behind each movement, volume and intensity recommendation from WOD to WOD week to week month to month, I came to the conclusion that the CFW program is some of the most intelligently designed programming that I've ever seen. I decided to put my fitness in Tania's hands (instead of my own) and trust the program. It was the best decision I've ever made. Since diving in, my fitness is through the roof and I'm hitting pr's all the time. This program is what you make of it whether your aim is health and longevity, life ready fitness or elite performance you get out of it what you put into it.
