I found this to be odd considering that there were chairs in the office and I had never had such a rude exchange like this from any other Medspa. I was so upset by the interaction that I did go sit in my car for 15 minutes to read the other Silhouette reviews only to learn that rude customer care is not exclusive to my experience. Hesitant to walk back in, while sitting in my car right outside the office, I called the office to be sure that Mariah was not going to be working on me. I was invited back in by a different staff member. Mariah gave me a heartless apology that projected her appalling behavior back on to me. I should’ve walked out the door but I had already invested so much into simply being there that I continued on. From my actual appointment time I was there for 2.5 hours to ultimately not be treated for anything. The reason for not being treated is that I had some work done the previous week. I had mentioned my previous work when I had made the appointment and then multiple times in the beginning of the appointment. After wasting my time and energy I walked out of the Silhouette Medspa feeling completely defeated. I was so excited for this appointment, and arranged my life accordingly, only to be greatly disappointed. My biggest word of advice for anyone that values their time and self-respect is to stay away from Silhouette Aesthetics. Less

Dr. Tam Nguyen's professionalism and patience made my first nose filler experience exceptionally pleasant. He took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, which greatly reduced my nervousness. The pain level was nonexistent. I'm happy with the results of my nose filler!

First timer here for Botox. Sat down, got myself together and went to Silhoutte Aesthetics. Great atmosphere, professional people. Dr. Parsa made it so simple with the biggest smile on his face. Dr Nguyen is absolutely amazing and he is top tier in what he does. Sometimes due to traffic we are late (1 hour plus drive) and he never has made us feel rushed and is understanding. My gf gets her filler here too and can not recommend it more.

Dr parsa is an amazing doctor and has good bedside manner. I like Adrian a lot too and had good experience getting hydrafacial with Jennifer. The med spa is very clean and sophisticated looking.. it is def expensive though and some of other front desk staff isn’t as friendly with me

I had PDO threads for the first time. I had a great experience and it wasn’t painful at all. It gave me a subtle look, just what I was looking for. Everyone is so knowledgeable and friendly at silhouette aesthetics. Will recommend them.

I got filler and Botox which I usually do but it was with a new doctor, it was 2weeks before my wedding and I just wanted a little touch up which I explained & wanted to look natural as usual. My experience was awful from the beginning, the doctor didn’t listen to what I was asking for , didn’t ask what kind of filler I wanted,,and gave me a completely different look that looks very unnatural. I look un-feminine, my features are changed with these big cheeks, immediately I could tell there was going to be a difference when he started injecting, he went very deep which is not what I wanted. Why would I pay again, for the service that I already paid for and it wasn't done right? I wasn't informed by the MD that I had to come back for the second dose to dissolve the remaining lumps. Adriana didn't even apologize. I was expecting her to say "I'm sorry if your lumps didn't dissolve and if you can come back here so we can fix it" that's how you handle customer service, but instead she kept on arguing with me that I need to pay again. She probably noticed that I'm asian with an accent that's why She was being rude to me. $100 is not a lot but it's not the money it's the principle. I spent $850 hard earned money for nothing. Why would I pay again for the service that I already paid for and wasn't done right. If you want an honest and medspa that you can trust, this place is not for you. DO NOT GO THERE. I was a customer here for a few years and never had a problem until this year. I purchased Sublative RF which is 3 part treatment. The first treatment went great. I made my follow up appt and when I arrived (after leaving work early for the appt) I was told they called and cancelled my appt 2 days before. I made this appt a month prior. I was rescheduled the following day (which I had to get a babysitter for). This appt should take 40 minutes total including the numbing time. I was left in my room for 1 hour. Not 1 single person came to check on me. I had to open the door and ask if I was forgotten about and have them re apply numbing cream. My 40 minute appt turned into 1 hour 40 mins. I made my appt for my final treatment that day before I left for the following month. When I arrived for my appt I was taken to my room and the numbing cream was applied. AGAIN, I was left in my room for 1 hour and not a single person checked on me. AGAIN I had to get out of my room to see if I they forgot about me and I needed someone to reapply my numbing cream. It was reapplied and I had to sit for another 10 minutes (which wasn't long enough for it to work before my treatment). The Dr. was having trouble with the machine and getting it to work properly. He never looked to see how my last 2 treatments went and what level I was at with the treatment and started at the low level and completely rushed me out. I was there for another 1 hour 50 minutes when I left. I called Silhouette to let them know how long I've been going there and the trouble that I've experienced my last 2 appts. I was told that the office manager was not there at the time of my call and would call me back. I told them If i didn't receive I was never going there again and I was going to give them a bad review. There was also many of times that I received Dysport treatments and participate in the rewards program, which they would never remember to add my points to which caused me to lose a lot of money in rewards. LOVE LOVE LOVE I'll be 55 this year and have been seeing Dr. Tam for about 4 years for my "keep me looking how I feel" look. I drive 30 mins plus to receive treatment from this spa. Everytime I come in the staff is very pleasant and accommodating. The Doctors are knowledgeable about all products and treatments sold.

I recently visited Silhouette Med Spa for a consultation. The reception staff was very friendly and the offices are located in a beautiful part of Livermore. Tracy consulted with me and she was very knowledgeable about all the services they offer. I loved that she was not pushy regarding services and suggested a facial to get started at the spa.

This place is awesome. Went for microneedling treatment and Erin did a great job. I highly highly recommend her. She was explaining things so nicely, what to expect and checking throughout the treatment if I am doing ok.
