Eric went above and beyond to get me the shirts we needed for the weekend. No fault of his own, of course, but the product didn't show in time- but he made it happen for us regardless. He took time from his family to travel to make it happen! He even tweaked our logo to make it better and he sourced better pricing on the specific shirts we like for future orders. I am the Chairman of the Northwest Women in Mission Critical Operations group. We were hosting an event at the AT&T Data Center and right before the event I realized I wanted to give them a token of appreciation. I reached out to Lakeside Engraving and commissioned a plaque as a thank you and it came out amazing!
