We have taken our dog to Good Dog for almost 2 years and we have been so happy here! I was sure they were telling me they wouldn't accept the dog into their school and he was just unsalvageable but then they tried to schedule me for a private lesson after absolutely denigrating me. The whole ride home, our car was silent (I took my partner with me), and I cried when I got home. I called another dog trainer and mentioned we had had a negative experience this morning. I didn't even have to tell her who, she knew from my description that it was this place and says she takes on clients after these people rip them apart all the time. Highly recommend Good Dog Paws for training your furry friend! We've been working with Kami to help train our 5-month old puppy and are attending the group puppy class with Helen. We really appreciate the intuitive nature of the training and emphasis on positive reinforcement. We have watched our puppy respond to the training and are excited to see her grow into such a "good dog"!!

I had an absolutely fantastic experience! I signed up for private lessons with my German Shepherd. KAMI, my trainer, totally brought her experience and level of intensity which pushed me and my dog to another level!!! I would highly recommend KAMI for my trainer!!!

I’ve had a few sessions with Kami, every time I come away learning tons. She’s absolutely amazing with dogs and great at explaining what you as an owner can do better.

Good Dog is simply incredible. They care for our Chewie (chocolate lab) like he's their own. We are so grateful for this wonderful place!

My dog has gone to doggy day care, and I boarded him here once. The staff are very caring. He came back each time happy and exhausted from playing all day long. Great place!

I had a dog here years ago. I attended the canine good citizen. they know how to take care of your pup. I have to respond to the that's what dogs do is growl comment. No that's not what dogs do... Send your dog more and socialize it, and learn how to lead your dog.

I took my dog there regularly several years ago! My dog growled at another dog as they were entering the establishment, & the woman who runs the kennels smacked my dog in the head!! Needless to say, that was the last time I boarded him there! That was uncalled for; he was doing what dogs do!! And to think she is a dog trainer!! 😡

I will never forget, my dog jumped up on the counter (because he is a puppy who wasn’t fully trained at the time AND because they left treats out on the counter like a candy dish) and was excited by the barking dogs around him. The receptionist says, visibly half annoyed, “Ugh, he’s very reactive to other dogs. Has he not been around dogs before?” Then, the staff starts to tell me how I should start to train my dog and gives him random treats from the dish. First of all, ask me about my dog’s training history; don’t presume that I’m not working with him. Second of all, don’t feed him treats without the owner’s permission. Lastly, don’t act like an energetic puppy is some Cujo-like, crazy dog. Maybe it was just a bad first impression, but it certainly was a lasting one. Now, I take him to a doggie day care facility where he has tons of friends and is happy as can be. In the end, it all worked out. Wanted to love it so much since I know many people that bring their pets here and love it, however, the first time I dropped the dogs off I got a very bad first impression. No one told me that the dogs aren’t integrated into play with the others the first day which no big deal as that is to be expected since they do not know the dogs, but I could have been informed. Same goes with injuries my dog had twice. First incident nothing was mentioned upon pick up and I found her paw pads peeling like they been on a surface that burned them, she was limping blatantly from them being burnt to the point where I had to get medications from my vet. Second incident, same dog was limping again (no signs of burns this time) but they claimed they had no idea what happened and said she should be fine in a couple days. Employees were rude, one even told my mother while picking up my dogs that she hated German shepherds (which is what both of my dogs are). I know there’s no complex here, or at least there shouldn’t be because there are shepherds in the service dog program that this establishment is associated with. I don’t know if this was some kind of fluke for us because everyone else I know has had no issues and their dogs love it here. We enrolled my puppy in a 6 week training program and this was so helpful, it was the only semi good experience I had. Less

Good dog is such a nice caring and loving place! our dog loves going there seeing his friends and he is so tired when he gets home which is nice for us too!

We love Good Dog!! Our two pups have a blast while they are there (running in the field, romping around in the lake, and swimming in the pool), and we know they are loved and cared for while we are away. We also look forward to some photos in FB so we can sneak peek when we’re apart. It’s the best!!!

Just finished a six week training, my dog is not fully trained, but I can see a difference in her & I have lots of great information to continue to train. I'm so thankful that I signed up, it was well worth it!!!

I take my dog here. They’re great. They care about my dog and all the dogs it’s so obvious. I feel my dog is safe here also, which I have not felt at some other places.

Dexter loves going to Doggy Daycare. Whenever we leave to go on vacation we know Dexter will be well taken care of and he loves it there, so its like he is on vacation too. He is always full of energy but when he gets home he is ready to sleep. So glad we found Good Dog.

This place is amazing. Doggie day care is awesome. They genuinely care for you're pup, and give advice and tips. My puppy Ember loves this place. She is always wore out when she gets home. Great place to board you're pup also. Also love seeing pictures of her.

Good dog is a great place to take your children (dogs). It's clean, homey and my dogs can't wait to leave us to go to their play areas.
