Great gym!!! I currently do the CrossFit classes and I’ve only been doing it for about a month now. This gym is unlike any gym that I have been a part of. Everyone is welcoming and encouraging no matter what level of fitness you are at in your journey. The classes are fun and challenging. From the owners to the coaches the level of attentiveness to the members of this gym is awesome! The facility is clean and well kept and even has children’s area to keep the kids occupied while you work out.

Matt and Sabrina both trained my 2 teenage kids who lost a total of 60 pounds together. They always made it competitive and fun and they felt a sense of accomplishment when workouts were done. I would highly recommend them.
