It works for our business as we send a large variation of products with different ranges in weights and dimensions and we can use the most cost effective courier for each parcels requirements. The customer service is fantastic, we have one point of contact for all the couriers we use and The Parcel Store always go above and beyond to help. Having one bill is also a huge plus. The Parcel Store are always very helpful when I drop my items in. They always take their time explaining which is the best carrier to send with and the time frame it will arrive in. If I ever have a query, it is always dealt with in a timely manner. They are very professional and I always recommend them as their prices are the best I've found.

It only cost us £65 you may think that's a lot but it's not... Before we found this place we used to send parcels with royal mail we used to send a 2k parcel which cost us £14 for 2k +£1.50 for a royal mail ... More

It only cost us £65 you may think that's a lot but it's not... Before we found this place we used to send parcels with royal mail we used to send a 2k parcel which cost us £14 for 2k +£1.50 for a royal mail bag so in total £15.50 to send the 2k parcel, so with royal mail to send the same amount separately would have cost us £186 so you can see how much we saved Once again thank you PARCEL STORE for this great service and promise... Especially a big thank you to Charles who went through everything with us, and assured us that it would arrive on the day specified...
