I love this gym, I was made to feel welcome from day 1 and everyone is so supportive. The main positive for me is the flexibility around training times and the fact that I have been able to exercise at my own pace which means I am getting stronger and staying injury free!

James and the team at Elevate have been amazing, friendly and supportive with exercise and nutrition. After 3 weeks I've lost 10 pound and went down a dress size. I've really enjoyed all the classes and would definitely recommend giving it a go.

Joined elevate for a 6 week challenge and I enjoyed every minute! Charlotte is kind, supportive, and makes the workout seem easy 💪👌 🙌 we had fun in every session and could not fault it really 🤩 gym is new and clean and so is the equipment. The group PT sessions are fantastic; well structured, friendly, fun and a great all round work out. It’s suitable for all levels and very inclusive. Elevate is fully equipped, a nice modern space to work out in and the coaches knowledge is phenomenal.

I've previously found it hard to stick to a gym plan or a personal trainer until I began personal training with Charlotte, James and Beth. The sessions are full of energy, fun and support. I'm now the strongest I've ever been and looking forward to another year of progress and success with everyone at Elevate!
