I have never had such a good experience with any cleaning service than Val’s. The two ladies that came, sjoheylin & fantine, were so helpful & did a great job. I will absolutely be booking them to come back regularly! You can’t go wrong with this company!

Terrible service. They aren’t careful with their equipment and damage your walls. They steal. They also charge $275 and only pay their cleaners $50. They do not reimburse for damage they obviously cause even though they apparently care about their customers and have insurance.

I think the largest concern was the quality of products she was given to use. While cleaning, she showed me the oven where she was trying to clean but there was residue left there by the cleaning products. As she was cleaning, I noticed that the cleaning substance was leaving residue on all of the surfaces, and not even cleaning simple things like the counter that she stated she already cleaned. If you use this service, I highly suggest you supply your own products. After my cleaner left, I ended up having to go over each of the surfaces after she left. Much of my place wasn't even dusted or cleaned as a simple wet cloth was more helpful. While it was supposed to be a deep clean, I pointed out places to her that were marked or dirty and she said that she cleaned them, but said the cleaning solution wasn't working. A week later when I did another deep clean on the same surfaces, I found that the residue from the cleaning solutions have left permanent damage. While I have tried to clean it off for weeks now with several different cleaners, the range is permanently pitted and rusted. This was a brand new range that we bought in the fall, so I am very frustrated about this. Additionally, there were dark spots on the floor that I pointed out to Vanessa that were dark and not there before her cleaning. While she stated they were already there, they most definitely were not. She then scrubbed the floor so hard that it has lifted the varnish and is discolored from the rest of the floor. I don’t know how to fix this, but our hardwood floors are now ruined in that section of our home. I provided initial feedback about the cleaning to the quality control person who reached out to me. I then followed up when I found out about the permanent damage. After repeated emails where she informed me that someone would reach out, it has been weeks with no contact. Overall, while I wanted to support a woman owned business, I do not plan to use Val's Services again nor would I recommend it. Less

We had a very challenging cleaning job for Val's, which included my special needs family member having a melt down. The 2 ladies that came to clean the apartment were so kind, friendly, and did an awesome job cleaning! I will definitely have them back again :)

Pretty unhappy with my cleaning... I paid $200 for a “deep clean” and when I came home there were dirty dishes in the sink, trash hadn’t been taken out and there were still stains on the surfaces in the bedroom. Really wanted to like this company but these are just really basic expectations that weren’t met.

For me, they did use my own cleaning materials so I would just note make sure that you have everything they will need in advance (I neglected to stock up before the first cleaning and made a frantic early morning grocery run to make sure we had everything).
