Highly professional, it's clear their sales team is top notch. I really liked how they broke down the full process in a sit down meeting before even going into contracts. Paul (sales), Noah (project manager) and Sheldon (on-site project manager) were all very respectful, timely, and communicative. Sheldon was good with problem solving a couple of issues that came up. He was quick to respond and very respectful when I expressed my concerns. The roof looks fantastic, color is nicely blended, and we will see how it holds up during a storm. The main reason we went with this company is they warranty their work and honor the manufacturer warranty of the products they use. The fact a fellow veteran started the company is also near and dear to my heart. Some constructive feedback (it behooves you to listen to): Too many paths to take towards completion increases risk of failure. What I mean by that is, I noticed that I had two project managers on one project as well as the General Contractor on top of that. There was clearly too many people that needed to call the same shots. I immediately picked up on the lack of awareness of contract details which were critical for determining scope of work. As such, I wasn't surprised when the wrong battens were installed. I could have been more present to catch the issue before 2/3rds of the work was done, so I'll own up on that since I knew what I paid for. I recommend simplifying assignment in the future and leave the on-site manager as the only person calling the shots. If you do that for ORM, you'll likely prevent the confusion that happened during this project. Less

Our house was hit by lightning. The lightning bolt blew off several of our tiles as well as blasting away stucco and chicken wire. We worked with one of the job site supervisors, Dan Moore, and one of their crews, to fix the damage. Reimagine Roofing did an exceptional job and fixed our roof to a brand-new state. One thing I really liked was their attention to detail and desire to do things right. After fixing the roof, painting of the fill-in stucco was required. The stucco needed some extra time to dry before paint could be successfully applied. Instead of applying paint to wet stucco, which wouldn't have lasted, Mr. Moore contacted us and said they would be out a day later to apply the paint. They did this to allow the stucco to dry completely. I very much appreciated Reimagine Roofing doing the job right, as opposed to quick. Another company may have been looking to finish the job ASAP, and would have applied paint to wet stucco. However, Reimagine Roofing took the time to do the job right, and made a second, special trip to our house to do so. We appreciate Mr. Moore and his excellent crew for their attention to detail.
