As a total beginner, I feel very comfortable at the facility. The coaches and other participants are encouraging and helpful. I enjoy getting a full workout by being able to modify some movements to adjust to my physical ability as I scale up.

Absolutely love this place and the people. I am a mom of two and what really sold me was the free child care. I can get my work out in and have peace of mind that my kids are in the other room having fun with their wonderful care takers. The gym is clean and very well organized. The coaches actually know what they are teaching and teach to different levels of skills which I highly appreciate. I think this gym is great and I recommend this gym to my mom friends who are looking to recover after postpartum.

Beth (owner) has made the transition to the gym easy! She’s super sweet, great with communication and checking in on her members. The coaches have been great and the community seems supportive so far! The fact that daycare is available is a game changer. Without the child care most couldn’t make the classes!

This gym has great communication! I was searching for a new CrossFit gym and was unsure about a few things so I reached out and they were very responsive and helpful. The community here is great, everyone has been so welcoming and encouraging, truly found a great spot. Highly recommend

This is the best CrossFit gym in Houston! They have super-friendly trainers who made it easy for me to get back into CrossFit after years of not doing it. Other patrons were super encouraging, and the equipment is great, and the gym is clean! The location in South Central Houston was easy for me to get to, just a few minutes off the beltway! I highly recommend!

Very inviting gym. My son and I love it. We are novices at working out, but ALL the coaches are patient and welcoming. They show us proper form in the exercises and modify per our needs. Not only are we doing healthy practices through a great place like Cosmic CrossFit , but I treasure the bonding with my almost teenager. The staff is kind but motivating, the members are welcoming. There is truly a sense of comradery amongst the staff and members. A win for one is a win for all.
