Chiapas is always great... The only Mexican restaurant I use everything that comes with my order🤣🤣🤣The messier you can make it, the better the taste..

Food was tasty.I was disappointed the mushrooms in my quesadilla were canned and not fresh. Kinda ruined the flavor. The rice was really good and so was the guacamole. Had to ask for drink refills and never got anymore chips.

the value here is markedly better than other mexican restaurants in the area. big portions of delicious food, and a great drink menu. also love the service. the young gentleman with the ponytail is especially great. the only complaint i could think of is sometimes the music is too loud/hectic, like techno music almost.

If you are sleeping on this place stop right now! The people who work here are always happy, smiling, and friendly! The food though!! I have never had a bad experience, it is always fresh and delicious great drinks and drink specials if that is your jam. The carnitas street tacos are my absolute favorite! I have never waited long even when we go for birthday dinners with a large family. They always accommodate. Amazing would give 10 stars if I could!

Went to this place right after a World Cup final game! I had a great soup - coronarita was awesome - and PEPE our server was outstanding!Recommend

The one star review is due to a price increase that was not anywhere on their site or anywhere online AT ALL!! Their weekly specials, on July 7th, still showed $1.99 per taco but we were charged 2.59 per taco!!! Nowhere is this noted online or in the restaurant or on the menu!!! This is false advertising & is not honest in my opinion. I don't care that the food & service is good not when the prices listed are dishonest & deceptive!! I won't be attending anymore, there are a plethora of Mexican restaurants in the area & they aren't lying to the public!!

Food service was horrible twice!! Last time we went the food was burnt. Meat was excessively cooked, tough and burnt! Had to wait so long about 20-30 mins to have the waiter come and take food order and then didn’t even check on us to get some more drink etc until the end! Last to last time, another waited forgot about our table that we were there and we waited so long. Food wasn’t great either. No one else seemed to care! We (my husband and I) used to love this restaurant until just now! Burnt food?! Old oil taste on the street tacos is unacceptable!!!! Not going back again!

First time there, went to compare to other Mexican in the area, they did not disappoint. Salsa very good, my food was outstanding. As was others in my group. The staff was very attentive, margaritas ok. We will definitely go back. Love the decor also, very clean, great atmosphere.
