R1SE is a wonderful place to practice all varieties of yoga, well equipped studios, variety of classes, beautiful space and a warm, friendly community feel. I always look forward to my sessions. Amazing session at Hot Vinyasa, the stress-buster I needed! The lavender infused cold towels at the end were a great touch. Also, didn't realise the sauna and ice bath were on offer afterwards so will def be bringing my swim stuff next time :) thanks again Jen! Less

Beautiful setting, good vibes, friendly and helpful staff. What’s not to love! The ice and fire therapy was great, will definitely recommend for recovery and healing therapy for your muscles. Look forward to building my tolerance up in the ice bath with more visits Less
