The focus shifted from addressing my specific needs to pushing more sessions on me, to the point where majority of my sessions were sales pitches and uncomfortable questioning regarding when I'd add more sessions to my care plan. It would have sufficed to be made known the session options and pricing just once or twice.While I was able to get my issue resolved in such a great environment with the best staff, the focus on sales over my needs as a patient detracted greatly from my overall experience.
