And let me tell you, there were a lot of questions. Not only was I texting him questions, but so was my partner. I don't know how he dealt with us so professionally, but I definitely felt like we were going to fix our bug problem once he came by instead of the dark black pit of despair I was falling into prior to his visit. Oh, and the best part was that a day after we identified our bug problem he was able to come by. We called every single exterminator in the city and the soonest one of them could come by was a week later. Not only was Pest in the City the fastest, they were also apparently the cheapest! Pest in the city answered the phone at 8:05PM on a Sunday. And was here to preform a carpenter ant inspection the next day at 11AM. The knowledgeable staff, walked around the perimeter of my house and provided me with a detailed report on what the issues may be. We are going to be moving forward with the next steps in eliminating the problem.
