Austin was an amazing technician. After several attempts to get someone in from our home warranty to install a dishwasher Austin came to the rescue! He had zero hiccups and if he did he didn’t bother to worry me about anything. I really appreciated his speedy and professional service! He gave some great advice on our new appliance that is very much appreciated.10/10 would reccomend Austin and Zip. This is our second time using Zip and had an equally amazing experience the first time with a different tech.
