An investor actually invests into the property and flipper locks you into an agreement to gain some profit doing NOTHING or at least that was my experience with Chris Eymann who put a wrongful lien CV2022-015064 against my home demanding back earnest money after HE FAILED to produce a buyer. He felt he deserved the earnest money back AND wanted $20,000 to release my home from his extortion demand when HE never put $8000 down. His conspiring with Chicago Title /Fidelity National escrow agent who lied, hid documents, redacted documents and became a self appointed legal advisor makes him the last person I would ever see as someone I would want to learn from. GREED IS THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL NOT SUCCESS.HE HAD THE PROOF BUT I GUESS WHEN HE CAN HAVE HIS ASSOCIATES (Cody Voelker) CALL TO INQUIRE ABOUT ABOUT MY PROPERTY RIGHT AFTER I PRESENTED HIM WITH THE TRUTH JUST TO THREATEN ME WITH A LIS PENDENS PUTTING MY CHILD AND I ON THE STREETS SHOWS MORE THAN THE ENTITLEMENT HE FELT IN HIS DEPOSITION WHERE HE DIDN'T THINK IT WAS "FAIR" HE DIDN'T FOLLOW TERMS IN A CONTRACT. A MAN WHO HAS A SON WHO REFERS TO CUSTOMERS AS "CRAZY LADY" SHOWS HIS CHARACTER MORE THAN ANYTHING. APPLE DIDN'T FALL FAR FROM THAT TREE IN MY OPINION OF COURSE. MR. EYMANN YOU COULD HAVE DONE THE RIGHT THING BUT YOU CHOSE THREATS AND UNJUSTLY ENRICHING YOURSELF.PROFIT IN BUSINESS IS REAL BUT PROFITS BY MEANS OF EXTORTION AND WRONGFUL LIENS IS NOTHING SHORT OF BAD BUSINESS. #DOBETTER
