Jacob, who I believe is the owner, was very helpful in choosing the fabric and style that I eventually picked and making certain I decided on the correct configuration and dimensions of the drapes. We went back and forth several times by texting once I placed the order and made a few changes without any problem. The drapes came out beautifully. They make them in house and they were finished within a week of placing the order. All in all, it was a great experience and I would not hesitate to return if I ever needed more drapes in the future. Jacob has great customer service, my woman and I went searching for curtains and his shop had the most to chose from. We searched plenty of other shops Brilliant Drapery Design had the best items to chose from. I definitely recommend this shop for sure!

Very poor service. They didn’t have a complete set of tie backs and because I would not take the incomplete set, he picked up the goods and told me he wouldn’t sell me anything. I would never go back there or refer anybody to them

First of all, the customer service is great. This family own business has great merchandise. All curtains are beautiful with a wide variety of choices. Prices are good and you should stop by if close to LA Fashion District.

Beautiful, professional job at a fraction of the price in my neighborhood. I had help from Jacob to get the exact look I wanted, when I mismeasured, he lengthened the drapes 2 inches without charging me extra. They look perfect!

Brilliant Drapery in LA is an excellent company in high quality products, quick and accurate service, and providing detailed information about their products. I found the work excellent. It was done with care and precision. And it was done quickly (within four days, which was three ahead of schedule) and at a reasonable price. The owner and personnel couldn't have been nicer, more helpful and more professional. It was a very positive experience. Lots of different choices when it comes to Colors Fabrics Styles finishing so they have a really large selection of drapery prices are a little bit more than average so you're not going to find the cheapest cheapest prices but they're reasonable so if you don't want to waste time you can come here get your stuff and be out the door.
