My dog was returned to me with pretty bad burns behind both of his ears and on the top of his head. I also noticed that his eye was bloodshot. I took him into the vet the same day after his appt and the vet said he had clipper burn and a hematoma in his eye that th... More

I took him into the vet the same day after his appt and the vet said he had clipper burn and a hematoma in his eye that they typically see when a dog has had pressure exerted on their throats (choking). I called a couple times and submitted their contact form to notify them immediately after realizing what happened and it took them a few hours to call me back but once they did the way they handled the entire situation was incredibly poor customer service. At the bare minimum, she should have brought these things to my attention prior to leaving. I would have much rather preferred her to stop the appt if he was having a hard time rather than to continue the appt with complete disregard to his comfort and safety. I will never book with them again after this. Less

It was so much easier on us and on them than having to load them up only to be kenneled before and/or after being bathed away from home. I contacted Rett Roe Pets to get my chihuahua nails trimmed, they were wonderful! My dog gets really nervous when it comes to getting his nails trimmed.
