This is now the 2nd time having to use their services. The first time Megan did a fantastic job at getting me out of the bad physical place I was in. This time I am working with Gabe and I'm not surprised that he's just as good as Megan is. I hate the fact that I have to go here, but I trust them. I met Dr. Karen while playing at an ice hockey tournament together. Not only was she the best teammate, but we also discovered that we are both Chiropractors, at which point locker room adjustments happened before and after the games. I have been adjusted by SO MANY Chiropractors, and I can confidently say that Dr. Karen is one of the best adjusters I have come across...and this is coming from utilizing a narrow hockey locker room bench. Go see Dr. Karen, as she will not only align your spine, but she will work on any extremities in need as well. I cannot imagine doing a hockey tournament without having Dr. Karen on my team again!!

I have had the best experience with Active Life Family Chiropractic! When I first started seeing Dr. Megan I could hardly stand for more than 15 minutes at a time due to lower back pain. At this point I can stand for over an hour pain free! And my treatment plan isn’t even fully complete yet!Dr. Megan is super friendly, personable and has listened to my concerns and worries from the start. She has always made sure to not push my adjustments past what she feels I’m ready for. She always works up to things to make sure my adjustments are not painful. I had a bad experience with this in the past at a different facility with a different doctor, so I really appreciate it! I also love that my treatment plan combines the adjustments with stretches and exercises.The front desk girls are always great too! Makayla and Bella are always super welcoming and helpful. They always make sure I’m comfortable when they’re showing me the new stretches and when we’re doing e-stim and the roller bed!10/10 would recommend.

The wife told me to go here when I was barely able to walk or sleep or just do anything at all from back pain. Glad I did. Now I’m running again. Sleeping better and on my way to recovery.
