Phenomenal service and turn around time. I brought in a suit that we needed for an event the next day. Not only did they turn it around same day but the service was outstanding. I went there on Monday July 10 at 2pm used the first 4 washers, and the second one in all my clothes were so soaking wet that I could ring them out and it was pouring out with water. I went to the woman at the desk and she was like, "oh ok we will look at it" I said well now I have to pay extra for drying cause your machine isn't working right....she did NOTHING same with the other lady there who heard me. I ran out of quarters after spending over $20, that I had no choice but to take home super damp wet clothes!!! I will NEVER go here again. It was also so very filthy all over the machines and especially the floor......the brand new laundromat over in east rochester is 100% new and clean and CHEAPER!! thanks for wasting my money! Less
