The zipper on my winter coat broke and it’s still Winter in Rochester! I dropped off the coat on Friday evening and it was ready on Tuesday! Such fast service and I was very very happy with their service! I love that they text you when it’s ready! I would 100% use them again!

I don’t usually need a dry cleaner but needed a sweater cleaned a few days before a trip. Contacting them, getting information, and drop off/pick up was uncomplicated. I found them very friendly and accommodating and would definitely use them again.

I dropped off a peacoat and requested an alteration (replacing a button) to which the person said no problem. Went to pick it up a few days later, no alteration had been done and the safety pins were still just sitting where the person had inserted them. I mentioned it to the clerk (not the same person who took my order) and they complained about this person who input the order and said that they had made a lot of similar mistakes lately. I said as long as I wasn’t charged for the alteration I would just take the coat and go. I went home, then realized that the only button that was actually in tact when I dropped the coat off was now missing. So not only did they not fix the button I requested, they also broke the only one that actually worked. I messaged them about it via their website over a week ago and they never reached out to me. Won’t be patronizing this business ever again….

I took my wool sweatshirt to Julian's and they took it right away. I got it back in 3 days. It's good an new! Friendly staff as well.

Ive never been to a dry cleaners before and they made it super simply and affordable. I dropped it off around 9ish and it was done before a little bit before noon. I would highly recommend this place
