This is a great facility to accomodate a group event. Our team had a Hero Workout event for the Murph, DT, Loredo, & Jerry last month. There was plenty of room inside for people to rotate and do pull ups, clean restroom, a lounge area by the entry way. The owners were great people to work with! We will be back again next year.

I love Sandy lake CrossFit! Both Kurt and Adair are Awesome Coaches who really show how possible this Sport can be for everyone even beginners like me and most of all their Mascot Reina who greets everyone at the door. They teach every work out step by step. Every workout is challenging but you will feel great afterwards!
