I received a dermal piercing below my eye. The Staff made me feel comfortable. I was expecting it to be painful but it was quick and manageable. They also offered to loosen the diamond top for when I was ready to change. I'd return.

If you even get 1 headache / migraine a year I recommend piercing your daiths. My aunt & I had our daiths pierced here 3 years ago. Both of us have suffered from migraines for over a decade and after getting that part of the ear pierced both of us saw huge relief.
