I highly recommend this place. The trainers are amazing Jag, Jay, Shaun, and Ally know your limits and, always encourage you to do your best. It was an amazing experience for me in boxing, strength conditions, and self-defense techniques that helped me improve my skills. In a month I already noticed big differences in overall my fitness level, lost weight, and toned my body. It changed my bad eating habits. Thank you, Jag! I definitely will continue to go to this place and recommend everyone who wants to make change in their life.

I am grateful to have found this gym!! The classes are a mix of kickboxing, strength training, conditioning and stretching. The coaches are all so motivating and the classes are challenging and brutally fun! I leave drenched in sweat, with a feeling of accomplishment! With each class, I ALWAYS learn new technique and ways to improve. What really impresses me is the knowledge that the coaches have to help you understand how each exercise is benefiting your body. Jag and his team will push you to work hard and guide you to achieve your goals. I 100% recommend that you try this gym if you're looking for an amazing full body workout in a fun and friendly environment!
