I should have known what this place was when I got a dozen reminders for my consultation appointment via phone calls, texts, and emails.When I showed up, the person running the appt glanced at the paperwork I filled out, then started asking me questions that are clearly just checking the box in his sales process. He was not actively listening to me, and cut me off each time I responded to get to the next part of his sales pitch. So without any real info on my situation, he recommends laser therapy that costs $5K and asks if I want to do upfront or a payment plan, and asks for my SSN. This all happens in five minutes or less. It was wild. Definitely predatory because this sciatica pain is the worst thing I’ve ever been through and they just assume people will pay whatever to relieve the pain and get their life back. 0/10- do not recommend this place.

The staff is very kind and the atmosphere is very relaxing. I went to this office in hopes of pain relief for my knees. I made an appointment because there was a $49 visit special. I spoke with the doctor and we discussed a course of treatment. The treatment consisted of 15 visits. I was told I was receiving a discounted rate. I wouldn’t know that because there aren’t any prices listed for anything except for some products.At the initial appointment , I felt pressured to pay for the whole treatment plan on a credit card. I told them I would put down a deposit at my first treatment. They do not accept insurance. The treatment plan cost was $5,000. I put down a $1,000 deposit at my first treatment. The treatment was good, until it wasn’t. A few hours after the first treatment I had horrible pain in my knees. I decided this course of treatment would not work out. I called the office to cancel my appointments and asked for a partial refund. I was told none of the money was refundable. I was very upset and felt swindled and taken advantage of. I was willing to pay for the service I received for the one appointment. I should have had $750 refunded. They were not willing to give me anything.

I felt like I was getting a sales pitch. I did try the decompression but I had to ask more than once. I think it would be beneficial but the cost is 250 a session for about 15 minutes. They make sure you know your financing options. I left feeling like medical care now is all about making money.

I really hate to give a bad review because everyone was extremely nice and I was seen as soon as I walked in the door. However, after explaining to the doctor what I was going through for the past 5 days with my sciatica and needing relief he agreed that it would be an easy fix. He mentioned therapy treatments for 6 weeks twice a week. Of course my concern was the cost being I’m a senior citizen. He said I could apply for credit and make payments. After explaining how tight money is for me he said let’s see what we can work out. At first it would be $4,000 with a $350 monthly payment for 12 months. That was virtually impossible for me to do. He asked me what I could do for a monthly payment and I said things are so tight that I could probably only do $50 a month. So he worked with the numbers giving me 1/2 off bringing the payment to $177 a month. Still too much for my budget. He continued to play with the numbers and said he could do $133 and that’s the lowest he could go but still out of my budget. I said I’d have to think about it. I can truly appreciate the effort he took with trying to make it happen but it just wasn’t feasible for me. It just blew my mind that he knew I came there to get some kind of relief and he never even offered to do any type of manual adjustment on my back to give me some relief. So here I am still in pain $37 short for the fee I was charged probably going to bill my insurance on top of it all and with nothing to show for it. I felt like I was at a car dealership trying to haggle with prices! Very frustrating and disappointing!

So far so good. The office staff was very nice and professional. I have an 8 week treatment plan at 2x/wk. After the first treatment, I was able to sleep for the first time in about a month!

Staff and Doc are so very friendly. It's very easy to get an appointment and there's hardly any waiting once you're in the office. I highly recommend this practice for those looking for a very knowledgeable and experienced chiropractor. Dr. Gaeta's warm personality and gentle style of adjustment are perfect. I've been going to chiropractors since 1976 and can say without hesitation that Dr. Gaeta is one of the best chiropractors I've ever known.

Dr. Mitchell always takes such good care of me. He takes his time he listens to me when I tell where the discomfort is and he takes his time and he works on it. I’ve never felt rushed or hurried out of that office at all. He is who I request all the time. Everyone in the office is wonderful always pleasant always helpful and very understanding. It’s a really great place to go. I have known Dr.Gatea for a long time. I started going to Dr Gatea many years ago and he always does hire good people. But Dr Mitchell is my favorite. I’ve had the best results with Dr. Mitchell and he’s so pleasant and so kind and he listens to you and that’s a big part of being a good dr.Then he works on that.
