Kickboxing here has been a really great experience with great coaching, meeting new people and fun classes. You can get in and out quick and feel like you had a great workout. The only reason I can’t give it 5 stars is because their pay system isn’t up to par with other modern gyms. I think if they worked on things like improving online customer service, extremely accurate pay system & tracking, and ensuring cleanliness to a more extreme level, they’d be considered a prime gym because the community aspect and workouts themselves are next level. I come here for the kickboxing and Jiu-Jitsu classes. Ive been working with Kyoshi Bill Gatchell since 2018 and it has been a great learning experience. I admire his philosophy of fighting. He’s passionate about fighting and those who he works with. He takes his time explaining the benefits of movements and technique. He’s not the type of person who tells you what to do without any explanation to why you are doing it. I would highly recommend this dojo. A while back I set out to find a good kickboxing dojo. This one is definitely not the closest to my house but I had a good feeling when they replied to my inquiries almost immediately, very kindly and helpfully. I tried it out and have since bought a second membership! The staff is very helpful and always willing to offer extra help where needed.
