I have been seeing doctor Fozhan for the past year. I have had acne scars from puberty and had done Co2 fractional at another clinic, which is very painful alongside long recovery time to no results. Dr. Fozhan suggested Rf fractional along side Mesotheraphy products which has worked extremely well for 3 sessions only. Looking forward to more and happy with my progress.

On my phone conversation with her prior to booking appointment i also mentioned about the injection so not sure why she just didn’t say this on the phone before even booking an appointment. When I touched my skin to show her the spots where i have my spider veins she said the way I am touching my skin is really aggressive and can break down more capillaries!!! I totally surprised by such weird words and at the end she said she doesn’t feel comfortable treating me and accused me of rescheduling my appointments twice which i only change it once a day after i booked it ! It was the worst experience in my life ;i believe every health care professional should pass the jurisprudence and ethics course to learn how to behave with a patient instead of being rude and condescending. At the end if you as a practitioner are confident about your knowledge and what you’re doing the least you could do for your patient is to make her feel comfortable and inform her with proper information. I did not even ask any questions ,instead i was bombarded with the practitioner unprofessional behaviour and criticism. Just setting up a fancy clinic and zero people skill won’t lead you anywhere. I use to gave 5 stars for laser hair removal treatment, but after 6 full body sessions plus 3 extra sessions laser treatment, my face hair grow really bad. I told my doctor she said it's hormones problem, I never ever had hair on my neck like this. I am really suffering from them and disappointed. She never told me It will happen after laser.
